FVYY can be used for care in approved categories. Not all categories are approved for all partners, so log in to check the categories for which your card has been approved.
HPA cards work at most providers that accept Visa as long as the merchant bills to a covered category (e.g., medical, dental) accepted by your partner program.
Rarely, a provider might be owned by another company or otherwise categorized with a different MCC code that isn’t included in your program, causing your card to be unexpectedly declined. In those cases, you can reach out to our customer support team for help.
